| The demonstration version of Rio
supports just one user and will work for a period of 30 days.
Licenses for additional users can be purchased from Connection
Software. License upgrades can be transmitted directly to your
server via the Infolink Receiver or can be supplied by email etc.
To view your license details from the Rio Server "Help"
menu, select "About".
To purchase a license upgrade You can obtain a new License key from Connection Software,
by Fax, Email, Phone or post. The license refers to a particular
server. Please print out the License Request Form and send it
to Connection Software. The License Request Form contains information
needed by Connection Software to produce the license key. Upgrade Costs Licenses are available for the following numbers of Users. License upgrade prices are the difference in price from your current license to your new license. |

| The above fees exclude VAT which will be charged if no VAT registration number is supplied. Fees quoted exclude Import taxes which will be charged at cost. Fees quoted are in cleared funds. Payment may be made by Bank Transfer or Credit Card. License upgrades will be issued on receipt of cleared funds. These prices are valid on the day of access only and are subject to change without notice. Entering a new License Key Normally License Upgrades will be sent directly to your Rio Server via the attached Infolink Receiver. A confirmation of the License Key will also be sent by email or post as requested. You can enter the new license key manually by selecting "Set License Key" from the "Help" menu on the Server. |

| Enter the new license key and press
"OK". Once the License has been upgraded you can view
the new license details by selecting Help -> About After your system License has been upgraded you can add additional Users. |
