Once you are accepted as an Affiliate Reseller for Connection
Software, customers that you introduce and who register
with the Special Offer
Code
that we allocate
to
you will
generate
commission which will be credited to your account every
month. Commission is payable as follows:
SMS Message traffic
For Personal Account customers we will
pay £0.01 for every Premiere Service SMS message
that we successfully deliver.
For Corporate Account customers we
will aggregate the Premier Service SMS message revenue
from all your Corporate Account customers and pay you
the difference between what they pay and the bulk discount
price that would be paid if you had purchased that volume
of messages. For example 100 customers buying 1000 message
a month would pay £0.075 per SMS: a total of £7500,
whereas the bulk rate for 100,000 messages is £4875.
In this case we would pay you the difference: £7500
- £4875 = £2625.
Notes:
1. Ringtones, which use say 3 messages, will earn commission
on each message
2. No commission will be paid for messages sent using
the Economy Service

Payment schedule and terms
At the end of each calendar month, provided that the
total spent by all the customers who are registered with
your Special Offer Code
is
more
than £500, your commission will be
calculated in
GBP,
£, Pounds
Sterling. If the total spent by all your customers
is less than £500 then no commission will be calculated
for that month. Any commission earned will be transferred
automatically into your account at the end of each month
and an email will be automatically sent to you detailing
the commission earned.
