Christmas and New Year Holiday

Connection Software will be closed from
17:30 GMT on Friday 21 December 2007 until
10:00 GMT on Wednesday 2 January 2008.

During this period, website support requests and emails to support(at)csoft.co.uk will be seen and dealt with but there are likely to be delays in answering questions.

The system will be fully monitored 24x7 as usual and we expect to provide our normal very high Quality of Service in delivering SMS and MMS content.

24x7 support

If required and by prior agreement Connection Software can provide full out-of-office-hours support for an additional fee.

Standby Cover

If Standby cover has been accepted then Connection Software agrees to make dedicated support personnel accessible (subject to availability and scheduling) on a standby basis during evenings, weekends and scheduled holidays. Standby cover is available at the rates shown in the table below and is charged per 12 hour block whether or not any incident occurs during the Standby period. Note that when part of a 12 hour block falls into a higher rate period the entire block will be charged at the higher rate. Standby cover is only available by prior agreement.

Emergency Call Out

If Emergency Call Out has been accepted then Connection Software will endeavour to make suitably qualified support personnel accessible (subject to availability) to deal with any critical incident. Should Emergency Call Out support be provided it will be charged at the rates shown in the table below and is charged per incident. Emergency Call Out is only available by prior agreement.
